We talked to artist, David Lyons about his exhibition ‘Eye for an Eye’ which is showing as part of a Dundee-wide celebration of contemporary visual art. The work explores the differences in perception two people can have of the same object and plays with colour and pattern to examine how those with visual acuities perceive the world and take inspiration from sources like the Ishihara Colour Blind test.
The exhibition is running alongside GENERATION, a major, nationwide programme showcasing some of the best and most significant art to have emerged from Scotland over the last 25 years.
